Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
Acceptance
By creating a Lurkr account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. One person per account.
Acceptable use
Don't submit content you don't have the right to process, don't attempt to break our rate limits or RLS, and don't use Lurkr to redistribute Reddit content at scale in violation of Reddit's terms.
AI output
Summaries, scores, and checklists are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Verify before acting on anything material. You retain ownership of your inputs; we claim no ownership over your vault.
Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or generate excessive cost. You can delete your account at any time.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new version. Material changes will be announced in‑app or by email.
